Owner & Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Ashley is the owner of Lemonade Aesthetics and a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than a decade of clinical experience. She specializes in injectables, advanced filler and laser treatments, and professional-grade skin care with ZO® Skin Health. Certified through the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics and the American Med Spa Association, she builds every plan with care. Ashley was born and raised just down the road in Wamego, Kansas.

Barby Williams, APRN
Nurse Practitioner Injector
Barby brings nearly 20 years of nursing experience to Lemonade Aesthetics, many of them spent in emergency medicine. Certified in aesthetic neurotoxins and dermal fillers, she found her passion in facial and laser treatments that visibly improve skin health. Originally from Southern California, Barby pairs steady clinical skill with a warm, easygoing style that puts clients at ease from the first visit.

Courtney Shumer, RN, BSN
Aesthetic Registered Nurse
Courtney is a Registered Nurse with nine years of critical care experience and a sharp eye for detail. She specializes in neurotoxins, laser treatments, microneedling and other aesthetic services. Her approach is education-first: she listens to your goals, walks you through your options and builds a plan that enhances your features. Originally from Florida, Courtney is a military wife who attended nursing school in Kansas.
